Hello everyone. Dr. Lell here. I enjoy teaching and educating and am really looking forward to blogging as a means of reaching out to anyone with a question or interest. You can expect blog topics to range from conditions to issues of public health. I try to explain everything in the simplest way I can - sometimes it doesn’t work out and I end up writing a small paper. But you can never know too much when it comes to your health. And I always try to add a little humor with my writing because laughter is the best medicine - even for back pain I’m always open to suggestions on topics or for answering questions so feel free to write in or drop a line on Facebook some time.
As Portland started getting warmer a few weeks ago, I saw the amount of people jogging by the clinic increase dramatically. Now I’m noticing more and more of something else - joggers with knee braces. This trend inspired today’s topic - Runner’s Knee.
No. In Oregon, Chiropractors are primary care physicians and you do not need a referral or pre-approval to make an office visit.
